How long are shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on the country of purchase and the shipment option selected:

UK shipping ranges from 1-3 working days.

European deliveries usually take 3-5 working days.

What about customs taxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot handle customs taxes for you. All customs taxes applicable in accordance with your country's legislation are payable by you upon receiving your products.

Returning items

In accordance with EU legislation all EU customers may return their products for any reason within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging.

You may also return your item if it is faulty or if we sent you the wrong item.
